4.0.0 - Database rework, Revolt support

Sometime in August - 4.0.0

• ADD Aldebaran now works on Revolt. And on Discord. At the same time! 64 commands out of 70 are already compatible with Revolt.
• ADD There is now a &mydata command, which does not do a whole lot for now.
• IMP &8ball now shows the question you asked in the embed, as it was hidden when using the command as a slash command. (suggested by @mount2010)
• IMP Aldebaran now replies to your messages. You will also no longer see your avatar and username in the embed.
• IMP More commands are compatible with slash commands. I can't recall which ones though.
• DEL &rcgp was deleted as the API it's using has tragically died.
• DEL &xboobs, &xkitty, &xlesbian, &xneko and &xrandom were deleted as Nekos.life, the API they were using, no longer provide NSFW images.
• FIX The health monitor no longer shows weird values when your pet is disabled. (reported by @Feathers8 (#24) in 2020)
• FIX Conditional health monitor based on your HP is back as &uconfig now allows it again. (reported by Araxie)
• TYP You're no longer adroable.
• DEV No more API. A new and better one will come, eventually.
• DEV Cleaner ESLint rules, cleaner code.
