Add timer ping configuration option & functionality

This commit:

  • adds the timer ping uconfig option (on | sides | adventure | off);
  • changes the adventure timer to use an alternative output if the timer ping option is set
  • changes the sides timer to use an alternative output if the timer ping option is set
