1.8.0 - General Improvements

This pull request gets multiple changes to the bot. The changes are described below. You can see the fixes and similar changes in the commits list below.

  • ADD Customizable commands. You can now use &commands alias/disable/enable to set an alias, disable or enable a command.
  • ADD Using &- (remember &?) will give you an image version of the command (only 1 supports this yet).
  • ADD &-stats gives you an image version of your stats because images are cool.

If all developers approve this pull request, it will be merged, otherwise at 23:00 UTC tomorrow if there is no change to contest. Everyone else can also comment to this pull request if they want a feature to be implemented or a bug to be fixed for the 1.8 release.
