1.10.0 - General Improvements

This pull request gets multiple changes to the bot. The changes are described below. You can see the fixes and similar changes in the commits list below.

  • IMP osu! commands' help sections (which were accessible with &osu ?) have been moved to &?osu;
  • IMP &commands now show the actual amount of commands (aliases are now excluded from the counting);
  • FIX Fixed grammar errors in the developers' section of &info;
  • DEV Aldebaran's memory usage has most likely been divided by 4;
  • DEV The command handler now has an args deconstructor.

If all developers approve this pull request, it will be merged, otherwise at 22:00 UTC tomorrow if there is no change to contest. Everyone else can also comment to this pull request if they want a feature to be implemented or a bug to be fixed for the 1.10.0 release.
