1.9.5 - General Improvements

This pull request gets multiple changes to the bot. The changes are described below. You can see the fixes and similar changes in the commits list below.

  • REWORK &plant now work like &trap because the screens of some people could not handle all of their saplings;
  • REWORK &yearcompletion has been replaced by &timecompletion, which show the completion of the week, the month, the year and the decade!
  • UPDATE The descriptions of &uconfig and &gconfig have been made more understandable;
  • FIX Aliases were showing up in &help categories, this made commands showing up multiple times;
  • FIX &time was not working because of I forgot an exclamation point;
  • FIX &setprofile was not updating profiles in the cache.

If all developers approve this pull request, it will be merged, otherwise at 22:00 UTC tomorrow if there is no change to contest. Everyone else can also comment to this pull request if they want a feature to be implemented or a bug to be fixed for the 1.9.4 release.
