1.9.0 - General Improvements

This pull request gets multiple changes to the bot. The changes are described below. You can see the fixes and similar changes in the commits list below.

• REWORK &osu, &osumap and &osubest now work with all gamemodes and have also gotten a new look!
• ADD View your most recent osu! play with &osurecent!
• ADD Set your default osu! username and gamemode with &uconfig so you don't have to specify each time you use an osu! command!
• ADD The Aldebaran Team now has the ability to ban you from Aldebaran.
• ADD You can now learn how to use custom commands aliases with &commands guide.
• ADD Another easter egg...
• ADD &pepe to fit your daily dose of pepe images!
• ADD Custom timers! They can remind you every x seconds/minutes/days (10 times for now) of something, use &ct create!
• ADD DiscordRPG Adventure Timer and Health Monitor now work in parties!
• IMP &plant now shows something when you have no plant, and also say the actual item rewarded's name instead of items.
• IMP &say now shows the username and avatar of the original command author.
• IMP &commands alias now shows a warning when you are trying to create an alias with the name of a command which already exists.
• IMP &?command now shows the subcommands of the command.
• FIX Added colors to action commands and fixed colors of osu! and utilities commands.
• FIX Removed copy-paste blunders from &gold and &commands enable.
• FIX &walls no longer yells at you when you to check your own walls' stats.
• FIX &commands delete would not let you delete your aliases.
• FIX Adapted &info and &profile to the recent changes Discord have made to the embeds.
• FIX &profile would not work correctly if your profile was created recently.
• FIX &time would not work correctly if the user didn't have their timezone set.
• FIX &user would not work correctly if the member had too many roles.
• FIX &setprofile would not correctly update your profile.
• FIX &curconv would now show correct conversions.
• FIX &help would show games category as general and general category as games.
• FIX Commands requiring particular Discord permissions wouldn't check in the current channel specifically.
• FIX &commands alias wouldn't work with custom prefixes.
• DEL Removed "x in DB" statistics from &bstats.
• DEV Improved Aldebaran start-up time.
• DEV Created a subcategory for all nekos.life commands to communicate with the API in an easier way.
• DEV Updated the configuration script.
• DEV Removed useless permissions check in &purge.
